Company Profile

President's message

The COVID-19, which has been raging for a long time, will finally be downgraded to the fifth category in May of this year, and we are beginning to see signs of calm. As an indication to this, since the middle of last year, various manufacturing industries in Japan have seen a recovery in production, and so our company has been receiving new inquiries from various new customers.
In this situation, the shortage of labor force in the manufacturing industry, including subcontractors and human resources agency, has become more serious, and the rise in labor costs has become a challenge across all industries. In addition, the need and demand for utilizing foreign workers have been increasing as a response to the serious decrease of the Japanese labor force, and as a result, M&A activity among subcontractors and human resources agency who is hiring foreign workers has become more active, and the industry is undergoing a wave of restructuring.
Being proud of the experience and trust that we have built up with the customers over 35 years, our company will focus on continuous growth of our business operations by keeping the good communication with our customers and employees.
We appreciate your kind and continuous guidance and support.
