Company Profile

President's message

We have been in the market for 31 years since our foundation and this year we have completed 29 years of experience in manufacturing. During this period, the Group responded to customer needs in a number of ways, including the “Lehman shock” and the revision of the Worker Outsourcing Act, in response to the increase, decrease and guarantee of labor. Strengthen outsourcing contracts for foreign workforce, centered on Brazilians of Japanese descent, from supervisors to area workers. Respond to labor needs in the production sector at customer request. In recent years, we have obtained authorization from an administrative organization (in the participating cooperatives) to introduce foreign technical trainees into our client companies, utilizing the work management know-how of foreign employees cultivated since the foundation period. We have also obtained approval as a registration support organization for the new residency qualification, “Specified Skilled Worker”.
We will continue to strive by providing problem-solving proposals to client companies regarding the growing labor shortage in Japan. This will help ensure the future safety and prosperity of customers, local communities and all employees including foreigners. We sincerely thank you for your continuous support and encouragement.
