President's message

On this occasion of the beginning of the year, we would like to express our deepest feelings to all those affected and their families by Covid-19, and we would also like to thank all healthcare professionals for their efforts in combating the pandemic.
Last year also saw no eradication of Covid-19 and it was a year of much struggle to protect the health and safety of employees, their families and the employees of our business partners. In addition to the impact of Covid-19, it is important to respond smoothly to changes in the production plans of our business partners, such as production adjustments due to the impact of semiconductor shortages in various industries, line suspensions and transfer operations. Recognizing the need for close communication than usual for this purpose, we are engaged in day-to-day business activities.
We are grateful for the understanding and cooperation of our business partners as we were able to secure employment for our employees while utilizing employment adjustment grants in a rapidly changing business environment.
It was recently announced that the restrictions on entry to Japan for foreigners have been changed, partially releasing entry into the country and we are seeing good signs to guarantee human resources. On the other hand, the domestic manufacturing industry is facing a severe shortage of labor and rising labor costs has become a major problem.
We will continue to dedicate ourselves to helping in the development of our business, maintaining effective and close communication to understand the situation and solve problems of our business partners. We would appreciate your continued support.
